The Premium Only Plan helps the Employer gain through reduced
payroll tax expenses, while employees gain through reduced income
taxes. By using the aspects of Section 125 of the Internal Revenue
Code that promise the most savings, you can present employees the
option of paying their portions of group health and other qualified
insurance premiums with before-tax dollars instead
of after-tax dollars. The before-tax option is

We provide the set-up of the plan. In addition, we will offer to
review your current and any desired employee benefit plan to
maximize the advantages offered under Section 125 of the Code. We
shall provide the necessary Summary Plan Description, the Plan
Document, and other documentation required in order to implement the
Premium Only Plan. We shall also offer to assist in providing the
appropriate tax filings once the plan is in place.
